Cleaning Solution Services, Inc
Company Information

Team Structure

CSS screens and selects our employees very carefully.  Approximately 90% of new hires are either referred by current employees, or customers.  We have been able to attract and retain qualified personnel with little or no turnover.  Our competitive pay, quality supervisors, great benefits (over 80% of our staff has both health and dental insurance), and advancement opportunities have insured us with valuable employees, most of which have a minimum of two years cleaning experience with CSS.  This ensures our customers with the best personal attention and service available.

Administration

Our office and warehouse are located at N9665 State Park Road, Suite #104  in Appleton WI and sustains regular business hours from 9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday.  Our Office Manager is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have at that time.  After regular business hours our Operations Manager and President are accessible via their cell phones 24/7 to assist customers and employees with their needs.  The availability of our staff ensures a trusting and long lasting relationship with our customers.

Financial Stability

In 2008 the financial stability of CSS increased significantly, continuing the positive trend that was started back in 2002.  This was due to continued improvement in economic growth within the communities we operate, alongside a low turn over rate, continued training, and improved equipment.  Our sales have been steadily increasing with over a 10 percent increase from 2007 to 2008 and we are well on our way to having another extensive year of growth in 2009.  Our growth and profitability has allowed us to keep each account fully outfitted with all the up to date equipment it may need so our employees can perform their tasks at the highest quality and efficiency.

Relevant Experience

The president of CSS has serviced medical, retail, industrial and professional office facilities since 1978 in Washington, California, Arizona, and Wisconsin.  Currently we clean and maintain a variety of accounts in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Nebraska.  Our staff is cross trained on all areas of both cleaning and light maintenance at the necessary account(s).  Floor care professionals attend yearly carpet and floor care schools to keep current on both certifications and new technology.  This training and experience is what we feel is crucial in bringing you service of the highest quality.

Management Approach

All employees of CSS keep in constant contact with each other and our customers.  Because accounts are cleaned after hours, a log book is left on site and checked daily by our supervisors.  Any necessary information is then relayed to either the cleaning staff or Operations Manager.  Our Operations Manager is available after all regular business hours to guarantee communications are upheld.  In addition to the log book, we also like to maintain a personal relationship with our customers.  Our President makes it a point to visit each account personally on a regular basis to maintain a healthy business relationship

To guarantee that communications are upheld a formal inspection is done on a monthly basis.  Supervisors complete a written inspection form which is presented to the individual cleaner or crew evaluating their overall performance and quality of each task and general area.  If problems are found they are addressed and corrected immediately if needed further training is provided. .  All of this ensures that our customers receive the attention and service they deserve.
